This unique consulting service provides exclusive motivational fitness consulting coaches which affords clients the luxury of a personal touch. Our Personal Touch Program is designed specifically for clients who are interested in a motivational booster during the day. We assign clients their own motivational fitness lifestyle coach, who's in position daily via the phone to lift them up and get them moving toward their daily exercise routine with zeal everyday. The primary goal of our motivational fitness consultant coaches is to provide motivational support and continuous fitness leadership guidance.
How does the Exclusive Personal Touch Program work?
The first step, is to register and fill out our Personal Touch Lifestyle Management Questionnaire form which is similar to an application. After completing the Questionnaire, we then assign you to a personal lifestyle fitness coach. After you have been assigned to an exclusive lifestyle fitness coach, we then forward your application to your fitness coach. Your personal coach assesses your application. After your coach reviews your application/questionnaire, he or she will then call you immediately at the feasible time and day listed on your application form. At that time, your fitness coach will cordially introduce him or herself to you and discuss the Personal Touch Program with you in its entirety. The first phone call to you by your assigned lifestyle fitness coach will be the orientation phase of this exclusive program. Once you have completed the standard phone call orientation, your coach will schedule a follow up phone call consultation to discuss and assess a realistic fitness plan that is complete with goals, objectives, a workout schedule, meal plan and our fitness coaches consulting supporting services.

Core Body Essentials For Today's Woman
Core body training or the core in the fitness industry refers to exercise routines that isolate and focus on strengthening the entire abdominal region (rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, transverse abdominus and intercostals), lower back, hip flexors (pelvic area) as well as the muscles associate with the spinal region.
The core is the bodies central region of gravity. It is significantly important for total body balance and movement both lateral and non lateral movement for example: binding, lifting, pulling, twisting, running, walking, climbing, reaching, swimming, cycling, kicking, skiing, skating, punching and jumping).
